Q What is your hourly rate?

A We charge for the work completed rather than an hourly rate. Once we are familiar with your home it may take us less time but the amount of work will not change.

Q When I clean my house it takes me all, or even more than one, day; how do you finish cleaning in just a few hours?

A We are professionals working on specific tasks, have lots of practice cleaning multiple homes each day and have an efficient system which allows us to focus and clean your home in a fraction of the time.

Q I like to give tips throughout the year and a holiday gift for the ladies who clean my home. What is the best way to go about this?

A Feel free to include tips or monetary gifts in your total payment - we make sure that our teams are compensated very well. Any gift baskets will also be divided evenly among the teams who care for your home.

Q I would like some additional work to be done every now and then. Can I ask the team when they arrive?

A Please let Nataliya know about any additional needs or requests prior to your scheduled cleaning. This allows us to plan time and supplies to best suit your specific needs.

Q I would like to give a friend/coworker/family member a house cleaning as a gift. Can you do this?

A  Yes, absolutely! Let Nataliya know about your plans we will make the necessary arrangements for the special gift!
